Секция 64 ФМЖД приглашает все страны, развивающие шашки-64, принять участие в указанных мероприятиях. Согласно решению Исполкома Секции 64, персонально приглашаются: Дашков Олег (Россия) - чемпион мира 2011 года, Федорова Наталья (Россия) - чемпионка мира 2011 года.

Следующие страны получают право выставить два игрока

У мужчин: Беларусь, Бразилия, Казахстан, Литва , Молдова, Польша, Россия, Украина, Франция.

У женщин: Беларусь, Молдова, Россия, Украина, Узбекистан.

Остальные страны могут выставить по одному игроку, как у мужчин, так и у женщин.

Страны, желающие выставить больше игроков, могут запросить дополнительные места . Дополнительные игроки будут включены в резервный список.

Заявки на участие в соревнованиях должны быть поданы в Секцию 64 до 30 апреля 2012 года. Окончательный список участников будет сформирован до 7 мая 2012 года.

International draughts
1. The second World Mind Sport Games will be played in Lille Grand Palais from August 9th

The palace is situated near the centre of the city and very close to the main train station.

3. The following international draughts events will be played as part of the 2nd World Mind
Sport Games
3.1. Main WMSG tournament, counting for World Cup
3.2. Main WMSG tournament for women, counting for World Cup
3.3. World Championship Rapid
3.4. Women World Championship Rapid
3.5. World Championship Teams Rapid
3.6. World Championship Women Teams Rapid
3.7. World Championship Blitz
3.8. Women World Championship Rapid
3.9. World Championship Teams Blitz
3.10. World Championship Women Teams Blitz
4. The registration for all events only via the official FMJD web site for that event →
www.wmsgfmjd.org .The web site for registration will be open from 20th of April till 15th of
June 2012. Registered players/teams will be added to the participants list after transferring
the competition fee to FMJD or after any other agreement with the FMJD treasurer.
5. Technical details:
5.1. Main WMSG tournament, counting as World Cup
a) The tournaments will be held from 10th (1st round) till 18th (last round) of August
b) technical meeting on at 21:00 9th of August
c) 9-rounds Swiss system on Solkoff will be applied with the so-called “Beijing
system” . This means that players will be playing every round till the 1st victory. The
result depends on moment of the victory.
· 12-0 victory on standard game → 1:20+1'
· 9-3 rapid game → 15'+5”
· 8-4 blitz → 5'+3”
· 7-5 Lehmann-Georgiev tiebreak → 5'+2”
5.2. Rapid individual
a) The tournaments will be held on 20th of August
b) game rate 15'+5”
c) minimum 7-rounds Swiss system on Solkoff will be applied
5.3. Blitz individual
a) The tournaments will be held on 22th of August
b) game rate 5'+3”
c) details about the system will be announced after finishing application process.
5.4. Team Championships
a) rapid teams will be held on 21st, blitz on 23rd of August
b) each country can be represented by one team. France can be represented by 2 teams.
c) Teams consists of 3 players for men teams and 2 player for women teams. The
number of reserve players is not limited.
d) The composition of each team can be changed for each round
e) Each player must have the nationality of the country that he/she represents.
f) The details about the system will be announced after finishing application process.
6. Competitions fees:
6.1. FMJD A-members
a) Individual Tournaments €60
b) Team Championships €100 per team
6.2. FMJD B-members
a) Individual Tournaments €120
b) Team Championships €200 per team
6.3. others
a) Individual Tournaments €180
b) Team Championships €300 per team
7. Prizes
7.1. Main WMSG tournament, counting as World Cup: €20.000 divided between top 15
players (4000, 3000, 2500, 1500, 1200, 1000, 900, 900, 800, 800, 800, 700, 700, 600,
600)
7.2. Main WMSG tournament women counting as World Cup Women: €10.000 divided
between top 10 players (2500, 2000, 1500, 1000, 800, 600, 500, 500, 300, 300)
7.3. The prizes for the blitz/rapid events will be announced on July.
8. The accommodation is not organised by FMJD/IMSA. Every player/team needs to organise
it himself. Official recommended hotels with special prizes for the players are published on
our official web site → www.wmsgfmjd.org
9. Requests for visa invitation and other question can be addressed to the FMJD tournament
director only via the official web site.
10. Any organizational, technical changes will be announced on the official web site
with email information to all persons registered there.
